Salumificio Santoro's offers are limited to the european territory. Delivery takes place through express courier, within thirty days from the day following receipt of the order.
According to Legislative Decree 21/2014 since February 2014, the customer can exercize the right of withdrawal proceeding to return the purchased products.
The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not directly related to their professional activity. The communication can be sent, within the same period also by mail, telegram, telex, facsimile, provided that within 48 hours after it is confirmed by registered letter with proof of delivery.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal requires the return, in good state of preservation of the products purchased. Products must be carefully packaged to protect the original covers from any damage, writing or labeling.
It is understood that the return of the goods will take place at the expense and risk of the total Salumificio Santoro/p>
The subjects that require a bill must make a request time of order, upon notice of the number of VAT and other useful items to invoicing.
